Now Hiring - Sales and Inventory Specialist in Royal Oak, MI

Gemstone Communities is a premier owner and manager of manufactured housing communities throughout the United States. We are currently looking for a Sales and Inventory Specialist to join the team!

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the process of any bonuses, commissions, and any other special payments

· Assist in setting up and the managing accounts with chattel lenders and home manufacturers

· Facilitate and coordinate sales closing process while holding team members in the field accountable

· Play an intricate role in home ordering process

· Establish, manage, and audit sales and dealer licenses

· Assist in creating sales training documents and company branded SOPs

· Support sales marketing efforts at each community, including social media and online presence

· Assist in auditing and revising sales documents for accuracy, branding, grammar, and state and municipality compliance

· Support the management of the sales and inventory pipeline with a thorough understanding of each unit’s status

· Assist in creating documents for sales goals and incentive programs

· Create, revise, and maintain sales tracking documents

· Assist in implementing sales follow up programs and managing

· Manage process of transferring titles for sales and acquisitions

· Support CMs in field with sales and marketing tasks

· Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely close

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5 years+ of relative experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Meticulously organized with close attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instruction and quickly pick up new process and tasks
• Excellent verbal skills and ability to interact appropriately with tenants
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, Rent Manager (preferred)
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
• Experience with Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
